A Bit About Us
We’re Grant and Bianca and we’ve been exploring and camping across Australia since 2017, actually, it’s been longer than that, but in 2017 was when we fell in love with travelling and exploring Australia, after a 6-week trip from Sydney to Cape York and made plans on our way home, to make travelling Australia fulltime a reality.

We knew our 2007 76 Series and GIC Forward Fold Camper trailer weren’t going to give us the comfort or lifestyle we wanted while travelling, so we made plans to start upgrading. First the Car, was traded in for a 2016 200 series Landcruiser wagon, then sold the camper trailer and purchased our 2003 Bushtracker caravan.

As luck has it, only 4 days after picking up our caravan Bianca was made redundant, and everything was in motion for us to prepare to hit the road.

In March 2021, we hit the road with our 2 Dogs Frank and Baxter, and after a year on the road, we realised that caravan life and road-tripping were in our blood, and we decided to continue with our journey indefinitely.

This led us to sell our house and further upgrade our vehicle to a 2017 Ford F350 American Truck, which has enabled us to carry a rooftop tinny and stay off the grid longer.

Our Setup
The Big Effie
In 2022, we traded in our 2014 200 series Landcruiser for a 2017 Ford F350 in its original factory condition. Since then, we’ve gone all out and added some top-notch upgrades, like a Concept Canopies canopy, Method Race Wheels, 4.5in Kings suspension, AMVE 4x4 snorkel and bullbar, and an Almac boat loader to perfectly accommodate our 376 Makocraft Rooftop Tinny. Making the Big Girl ready to continue exploring Australia!

The Boosh
This beauty is a 2003 Bush fully off-road caravan that we scored second-hand in 2020 embarking on our adventures. We were fortunate to find a caravan that perfectly suits our needs, featuring an extended roof height so Grant can stand comfortably inside. Since acquiring The Boosh, we've upgraded the electrical system and solar panels and increased the to 4 tons, allowing us to carry our gear for extended off-grid living..
